We are seeking ambitious accounting students to help us scale our rapidly growing startup and deliver our impactful marine conservation technology.


Who we are:

OnDeck delivers software critical for marine conservation and commercial fisheries. Working with the Environmental Defense Fund, The Sustainable Ocean Alliance, and companies across North America and Oceania, we're revolutionizing fisheries management and ensuring sustainable fisheries for generations to come. We are an early-stage startup taking off quickly, and we are looking for ambitious students to join our team. How you’ll be involved:

As part of our team, you’ll be helping us navigate the world of impact funding, grants, and critical finance and accounting functions. You’ll play a key role in improving our company’s accounting systems and protocols, and you will have considerable ownership and influence as OnDeck scales. We are looking for passionate accounting students to join our team through paid internships, with the possibility of joining the team permanently following a successful internship.


What you’ll be doing:

As an early member on our accounting team, you’ll play a critical role in helping OnDeck manage the accounting challenges that come with scaling a fast-moving startup. This position offers a great opportunity for those who are looking for a career in accounting, entrepreneurship, or for those who are considering a future in impact financing.
